Le processus de transition démocratique, initié par la révolution du printemps de Jasmin de 2011 en Tunisie, s’est accompagné de l’émergence d’un écosystème de l’entrepreneuriat social. Dans une première partie, nous proposons une analyse de cet écosystème qui conclut que son élaboration, parce qu’elle s’est surtout concentrée à l’échelle nationale, a peu favorisé la démultiplication des projets entrepreneuriaux à dimension sociale en dépit de leurs enjeux pour la réussite de la transition démocratique. Dans une seconde partie, nous examinons l’hypothèse d’une extension locale de l’écosystème d’entrepreneuriat social comme l’une des pistes possibles pour le développement de ce dernier. Une déclinaison de l’ISO 26 000 de territoire en Tunisie pourrait en être un levier efficace, car localement situé.
