Ce projet de maitrise s'intitule dans le cadre de la technologie des Organes-sur-puces visant comme perspective l'examen de mdicaments.Prenant un cas concret celui du traitement du Cancer, l'ide constructive est de crer un microenvironnement 3D simulant les interactions entre les cellules cancreuses, il s'est avr que leurs comportements est similaire celles vivantes dans le vrai environnement biologique.Un rseau de microcapteurs doit tre ralis pour mesurer les diffrents paramtres de l'activit cellulaire, savoir le pH, Glucose, Lactate et l'ure.Ces paramtres permettent d'valuer le degr de l'efficacit du mdicament ajout tout en mesurant le niveau d'activit de ces cellules, leur mtabolisme ainsi que leur prolifration.Outre que cela, pour viter toute intervention risque sur l'animal ou sur le corps humain, cette plateforme conue reprsente une solution alternative pour le dveloppement et la vrification de nouveaux mdicaments.La mesure de ces paramtres biochimiques en 3D et en temps rel reprsente le dfi majeur de ce projet.A ce propos, un systme hybride optique-microfluidique non invasif est propos mesurant les valeurs de la dure de vie de la fluorescence dans chaque endroit de l'environnement 3D et en se basant sur la technologie DMD (digital micromirror device) pour deviser et diriger la lumire vers les directions voulues.Tout changement dans la valeur de cette dure de vie donne des informations sur le changement des spcifications biochimiques dans l'chantillon.Les dfrentes parties de ce systme ont t conues de telle sorte qu'elles soient intgrables et donc permettre d'avoir un instrument facile utiliser transportable dans des endroits de tempratures et d'oxygnes prsentant des milieux favorables pour les cellules biologiques.vi
