Abstract

Waduk Penjalin terletak di wilayah selatan Kabupaten Brebes tepatnya di Kecamatan Paguyangan Desa Winduaji. Waduk Kapasitas tampungan Waduk Penjalin tidak terlalu besar dengan volume rata – ratanya yaitu sekitar 9,25 juta m³. Penelitian ini diawali dengan melakukan analisis data sekunder yang didapat. Data – data kemudian diolah untuk mendapatkan besar debit bangkitan 10 tahun mendatang, serta kebutuhan air untuk irigasi berdasarkan pola tanam rencana. Studi diakhiri dengan simulasi pola pengoperasian waduk. Hasil studi ini diharapkan dapat membantu memberikan solusi untuk pengelola Waduk Penjalin dan diharapkan Pola Operasi Waduk Penjalin dapat berfungsi sebagai waduk yang Optimal terutama untuk Desa Winduaji.Berdasarkan hasil analisis debit bangkitan dengan menggunakan metode Thomas – Fiering dalam rentang tahun 2021 – 2031 didapatkan debit paling kecil sebesar 0 m3/bulan, dan debit terbesar yang mencapai 102.526.180,61 m3/bulan, dengan kebutuhan irigasi didapat kebutuhan terkecil adalah 0 m3/bulan, sedangkan kebutuhan irigasi terbesar didapat pada masa penyiapan lahan / land preparation untuk penanaman padi jenis (nedeco/prosida) varietas unggul dengan luas irigasi rencana sebesar 200 Ha untuk Desa Winduaji, maka kebutuhan irigasinya menjadi 676.026,68 m3/bulan. Berdasarkan hasil analisis water balance didapat peluang keandalan Waduk Penjalin sebesar 99,242% untuk 10 tahun kedepan sampai tahun 2031, dapat disimpulkan bahwa untuk 10 tahun kedepan ketersediaan air pada Waduk Penjalin masih ada dan dapat digunakan secara Optimal.
