Abstract
Studi kelayakan Sistem Penyediaan Air Minum (SPAM) sebagai pedoman dan acuan dalam pelaksanaan perencanaan, sehingga pelaksanaan perencanaan pembangunan SPAM dapat dilaksanakan sesuai dengan prinsip keberlanjutan. Potensi sumber air yang terdapat di Kecamatan Setu berada di sungai Kali Salak, keberadaan sungai Kali Salak melewati Kelurahan Keranggan dan Kelurahan Muncul. Kualitas sungai Kali Salak berpotensi adanya kandungan limbah domestik dan non domestik, oleh karena itu apabila sungai Kali Salak ini akan digunakan sebagai air baku untuk air minum aspek pertama yang perlu ditinjau adalah analisis terhadap aspek teknik teknologis. Maka penelitian terkait studi kelayakan ditinjau dari aspek teknis teknologis meliputi aspek perencanaan terkait kuantitas, kualitas sumber air dan kontinuitas untuk wilayah dan kebutuhan daerah pelayanan. Prakiraan kapasitas pengolahan: 10 – 15 l/d. Sedangan berdasarkan uji kelayakan kualitas sampel air pada laboratorium didapatkan 2 hasil analisis yang melebihi baku mutu yang ditetapkan yaitu berdasarkan salah satu parameter fisika terkait kekeruhan air dan nilai yang diperoleh yaitu 39,7 NTU (melebihi batasan ambang batas yaitu 25 NTU), selain itu pengujian terkait jenis mikroorganisme adalah bakteri Escherichia coli yaitu 400 sehingga dapat diketahui sumber air telah tercemar karena melebihi batasan ambang batas yaitu 50, sehingga untuk memenuhi baku mutu air untuk dijadikan sumber air minum perlu dilakukan pengolahan air minum sebelum didistribusikan kepada konsumen, diantaranya unit air baku, unit produksi (Instalasi Pengolahan Air (IPA)) dan reservoir (menara air). Salah satu sumber air yang terdapat di Kecamatan Setu berasal dari sungai Kali Salak, keberadaan Kali Salak ini melewati wilayah administrasi Kota Tangerang Selatan, Kecamatan Setu, khususnya wilayah Kelurahan Kranggan dan Muncul. Melihat dari kapasitas penolahan dan daerah rawan air bersih di dua kelurahan tersebut maka fokus utama daerah pelayanan yaitu Kelurahan Kranggan untuk RW.05 dan RW.06 serta Kelurahan Muncul untuk RW.04, RW.05 dan RW.06 (meliputi daerah Perumahan Citra Serpong 1, Citra Serpong 2 dan Kampung Koceak), dengan jumlah 978 KK atau sehitar 3.912 jiwa (asumsi 1 SR/KK berjumlah 4 orang), sehingga debit yang dibutuhkan adalah 15 l/d, dengan rencana desain volume reservoir 190,08 .
