Este estudio examina el impacto de las actividades lúdicas en el desarrollo integral infantil, un tema crucial en la educación actual. Con el creciente reconocimiento del valor del juego en los primeros años de vida, es fundamental entender cómo estas actividades contribuyen al desarrollo cognitivo, social y emocional de los niños, permitiéndoles personalizar su experiencia de aprendizaje. El objetivo de la investigación es analizar estos efectos a través de una revisión exhaustiva de la literatura existente y proporcionar recomendaciones para un uso estratégico del juego en la educación infantil. La metodología utilizada fue cualitativa y descriptiva, basada en una revisión sistemática de 142 artículos académicos seleccionados de bases de datos especializadas. Estos estudios exploran el impacto del juego en diversas áreas del desarrollo infantil. A través de un análisis crítico de los hallazgos, se identificaron patrones que reflejan tanto los beneficios como las complejidades asociadas con las actividades lúdicas en el aprendizaje infantil. Los principales resultados indican que las actividades lúdicas tienen un gran potencial para personalizar el aprendizaje, adaptando las experiencias a las necesidades individuales de los niños y mejorando sus habilidades cognitivas, sociales y emocionales. Sin embargo, también se identificaron desafíos, como la necesidad de diseñar actividades que realmente fomenten un desarrollo integral. En conclusión, las actividades lúdicas en la educación infantil ofrecen múltiples oportunidades para el desarrollo humano. Es esencial adoptar un enfoque equilibrado que maximice sus beneficios pedagógicos, garantizando una implementación estratégica y consciente del juego como herramienta fundamental en el aprendizaje infantil.
