Analisis Kualitas Isi Website Pejabat Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi Di Kabupaten Sambas Provinsi Kalimantan Barat

Abstract
Keterbukaan informasi publik sebagaimana diatur dalam Undang-Undang Nomor 14 Tahun 2008 menuntut badan publik menyediakan akses informasi secara transparan. Website PPID Kabupaten Sambas berperan sebagai media utama pelayanan informasi publik digital, namun masih menghadapi kendala pada penurunan pemohon informasi dan rendahnya performa website. Kondisi tersebut mendorong perlunya analisis kualitas website untuk meningkatkan efektivitas pelayanan informasi publik. Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis kualitas isi website Pengelola Informasi dan Dokumentasi Kabupaten Sambas. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode mix method. Alasan penelitian ini menggunakan mix method dengan desain explanatory sequential. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Website tersebut dinilai memiliki kualitas isi yang baik berdasarkan 13 indikator intrinsik. Kualitas isi website dinilai berdasarkan enam indikator operasional, yaitu ketersediaan, aksesibilitas, keterverifikasian, kerahasiaan, portabilitas, dan pemulihan. Kualitas isi dari website dinilai dari berbagai indikator kontekstual, yang mencakup keabsahan, nilai tambah, relevansi, spesialisasi, kegunaan, efisiensi, efektivitas, ketertelusuran, kepatuhan, dan presisi informasi. Kesimpulannya, Website menunjukkan kualitas isi yang baik dengan informasi yang akurat, kredibel, dan sesuai kebutuhan masyarakat, serta sistem yang efisien dan mudah diakses. Untuk peningkatan lebih lanjut, disarankan agar Pemerintah Kabupaten Sambas mengembangkan kompetensi petugas, melakukan sosialisasi rutin, dan memperkuat kolaborasi dengan berbagai pihak.
