Abstract
Pembahasan mengenai Quarter life crisis tidaklah lepas dari kehidupan manusia. Salah satu tempat yang memiliki fenomena quarter life crisis adalah Pondok Pesantren Al-Quran Al-Masthuriyah Semarang yang menjadi tempat santriwan dan mahasiswa dalam memperoleh gelar strata 1 (Program Sarjana). Penulis tertarik untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi quarter life crisis dan upaya penanganannya serta analisis bimbingan konseling islam terhadap fenomena quarter life crisis pada mahasantri di Pondok Pesantren Al-quran Al-Masthuriyah Semarang. \nPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui fenomena quarter life crisis Pondok Pesantren Al-Qur’an Al-Masthuriyah dan Upaya penganan bimbingan konseling islam Pondok Pesantren Al-Qur’an al-Masthuriyah. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan studi kasus. Sumber data primer penelitian ini adalah santri Pondok Pesantren Al-quran Al-Masthuriyah Semarang. Sumber data sekunder dalam penelitian peroleh dari jurnal penelitian, buku, skripsi, website, dan dokumen pendukung lainnya yang berkaitan dengan penelitian. Sumber data primer dalam penelitian ini adalah ketua pondok pesantren, pengurus pondok dengan kriteria informan yang sehat jasmani dan Rohani. \nHasil penelitian yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa (1) kondisi santri yang mengalami quarter life crisis di Pondok Pesantren Al-Qur’an Al-Masthuriyah merasakan kecemasan berlebihan, perasaaan tertinggal dengan temannya, serta tantangan di bidang akademis. (2) upaya penanganan quarter life crisis yang digunakan di Pondok Pesantren Al-Qur’an Al-Masthuriyah dengan metode teman sebaya, bimbingan kelompok. Serta beberapa upaya lainnya oleh tiap individu dengan mengenai diri sendiri lebih dalam, berhenti membandingkan diri dengan orang lain, serta fokus terhadap penerimaan diri.
