Actualmente las instituciones de salud buscan garantizar la atención humanizada de los usuarios en el marco de las políticas nacionales, especialmente en la atención del parto, ya que este, se constituye como uno de los acontecimientos más importantes en la vida de la mujer, razón por la cual surge la necesidad de identificar la satisfacción de las mujeres maternas tras experimentar este proceso. Objetivo: Identificar la Satisfacción del Parto Humanizado de usuarias atendidas en el servicio de ginecología y obstetricia de un hospital de alta complejidad, en el IV trimestre del 2021, a través de encuestas estructuradas. Diseño y método: Estudio cuantitativo descriptivo de corte transversal en el servicio de ginecología y obstetricia de un hospital de alta complejidad, durante el IV trimestre del 2021. Se aplicará la validación del cuestionario Mackey Childbirth Satisfaction Rating Scale (MCSRS) a 234 maternas en puerperio mediato de parto vaginal de bajo riesgo. Los datos se recogerán a través de una encuesta estructurada que incluirá el cuestionario MCSRS, las variables obstétricas y demográficas, para el análisis de las variables se aplicará estadística descriptiva con agrupación de variables de tipo cuantitativo discreto y cualitativo ordinal y nominal. Resultados: Se espera obtener un nivel de satisfacción del parto humanizado correspondiente a “satisfactorio”. Conclusiones: Es importante aplicar escalas para medir la satisfacción, que ayuden a la institución de salud a obtener datos precisos para identificar las falencias en la implementación de las estrategias de humanización en la atención del parto.
