Abstract
A mediados del primer trimestre, específicamente en marzo del año 2020, el Perú enfrentó el destape de la pandemia del COVID 19, Bajo esos argumentos, EsSalud implementó el primer Hospital de construcción rápida San Isidro Labrador (FONAFE, 2020) que brindó 300 camas para atención de pacientes Covid. La investigación tuvo como objetivo determinar la relación entre la implementación de un proyecto de infraestructura de hospital de construcción rápida y crisis sanitaria contra el COVID 19, la metodología empleada fue de tipo descriptivo, enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no experimental correlacional. En los resultados se obtuvo que Rho = 0,827 y significación = 0.001 (p>0.05) entre la capacidad de infraestructura y crisis sanitaria se obtuvo Rho de Spearman = 0,832 con una significancia = 0.001 (p>0.05), también entre la adquisición de equipos y crisis sanitaria Rho= 0,766 y una significancia = 0.001 (p>0.05), por otro lado entre prestación de servicios terceros y crisis sanitaria se obtuvo Rho= -0,845 y una significancia=0.001 (p>0.05), y también entre la asistencia administrativa y crisis sanitaria Rho= 0,740 y una significancia = 0.001 (p>0.05), también entre la contratación de rrhh y crisis sanitaria Rho= 0,821 y una significancia = 0.001 (p>0.05), finalmente entre confección de procesos y estrategias sanitarias y crisis sanitaria Rho= -0,780 y una significancia = 0.001 (p>0.05), La conclusión fue que existe una correlación grado muy bajo entre implementación de un proyecto de infraestructura de hospital de construcción rápida y crisis sanitaria contra el COVID 19
