This paper gives exact rates of quadratic approximations to an infinite class of cubic Pisot numbers. We show that for any cubic Pisot number <inline-formula content-type="math/mathml"> <mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" alttext="q"> <mml:semantics> <mml:mi>q</mml:mi> <mml:annotation encoding="application/x-tex">q</mml:annotation> </mml:semantics> </mml:math> </inline-formula> , with minimal polynomial <inline-formula content-type="math/mathml"> <mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" alttext="p"> <mml:semantics> <mml:mi>p</mml:mi> <mml:annotation encoding="application/x-tex">p</mml:annotation> </mml:semantics> </mml:math> </inline-formula> , such that <inline-formula content-type="math/mathml"> <mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" alttext="p left-parenthesis 0 right-parenthesis equals negative 1"> <mml:semantics> <mml:mrow> <mml:mi>p</mml:mi> <mml:mo stretchy="false">(</mml:mo> <mml:mn>0</mml:mn> <mml:mo stretchy="false">)</mml:mo> <mml:mo>=</mml:mo> <mml:mo> − </mml:mo> <mml:mn>1</mml:mn> </mml:mrow> <mml:annotation encoding="application/x-tex">p(0) = -1</mml:annotation> </mml:semantics> </mml:math> </inline-formula> , and where <inline-formula content-type="math/mathml"> <mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" alttext="p"> <mml:semantics> <mml:mi>p</mml:mi> <mml:annotation encoding="application/x-tex">p</mml:annotation> </mml:semantics> </mml:math> </inline-formula> has only one real root, then there exists a <inline-formula content-type="math/mathml"> <mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" alttext="upper C left-parenthesis q right-parenthesis"> <mml:semantics> <mml:mrow> <mml:mi>C</mml:mi> <mml:mo stretchy="false">(</mml:mo> <mml:mi>q</mml:mi> <mml:mo stretchy="false">)</mml:mo> </mml:mrow> <mml:annotation encoding="application/x-tex">C(q)</mml:annotation> </mml:semantics> </mml:math> </inline-formula> , explicitly given here, such that: For all <inline-formula content-type="math/mathml"> <mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" alttext="epsilon greater-than 0"> <mml:semantics> <mml:mrow> <mml:mi> ϵ </mml:mi> <mml:mo>></mml:mo> <mml:mn>0</mml:mn> </mml:mrow> <mml:annotation encoding="application/x-tex">\epsilon > 0</mml:annotation> </mml:semantics> </mml:math> </inline-formula> , all but finitely many integer quadratics <inline-formula content-type="math/mathml"> <mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" alttext="upper P"> <mml:semantics> <mml:mi>P</mml:mi> <mml:annotation encoding="application/x-tex">P</mml:annotation> </mml:semantics> </mml:math> </inline-formula> satisfy <disp-formula content-type="math/mathml"> \[ <mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" alttext="StartAbsoluteValue upper P left-parenthesis q right-parenthesis EndAbsoluteValue greater-than-or-equal-to StartFraction upper C left-parenthesis q right-parenthesis minus epsilon Over upper H left-parenthesis upper P right-parenthesis squared EndFraction"> <mml:semantics> <mml:mrow> <mml:mrow class="MJX-TeXAtom-ORD"> <mml:mo stretchy="false">|</mml:mo> </mml:mrow> <mml:mi>P</mml:mi> <mml:mo stretchy="false">(</mml:mo> <mml:mi>q</mml:mi> <mml:mo stretchy="false">)</mml:mo> <mml:mrow class="MJX-TeXAtom-ORD"> <mml:mo stretchy="false">|</mml:mo> </mml:mrow> <mml:mo> ≥ </mml:mo> <mml:mfrac> <mml:mrow> <mml:mi>C</mml:mi> <mml:mo stretchy="false">(</mml:mo> <mml:mi>q</mml:mi> <mml:mo stretchy="false">)</mml:mo> <mml:mo> − </mml:mo> <mml:mi> ϵ </mml:mi> </mml:mrow> <mml:mrow> <mml:mi>H</mml:mi> <mml:mo stretchy="false">(</mml:mo> <mml:mi>P</mml:mi> <mml:msup> <mml:mo stretchy="false">)</mml:mo> <mml:mn>2</mml:mn> </mml:msup> </mml:mrow> </mml:mfrac> </mml:mrow> <mml:annotation encoding="application/x-tex">|P(q)| \geq \frac {C(q) - \epsilon }{H(P)^2}</mml:annotation> </mml:semantics> </mml:math> \] </disp-formula> where <inline-formula content-type="math/mathml"> <mml:math xmlns:mml="http://www.w3.org/1998/Math/MathML" alttext="upper H"> <mml:semantics> <mml:mi>H</mml:mi> <mml:annotation encoding="application/x-tex">H</mml:annotation> </mml:semantics> </mml:math> </inline-formula> is the height function. Imitation des enseignants

Ni prévalence calibrée, ni vérité terrain. Validation humaine à venir. Apprise à partir de 10 348 étiquettes directes de Codex et de 10 348 étiquettes directes de Gemma. Le mode candidate est l'union des têtes enseignantes seuillées; le consensus est leur intersection. Ces sorties portent le statut machine_predicted_unvalidated et ne sont ni des étiquettes humaines ni des étiquettes directes de modèles de pointe.

Scores machine (provisoires)

Les deux têtes enseignantes du modèle étudiant, lues sur ce travail. Un score ordonne la base pour la relecture; il n'affirme jamais une catégorie, et le statut de validation accompagne chaque rangée tel quel.

Scores de référence d'un modèle non mature (critères de maturité non atteints, 7 itérations). Un score ordonne; il n'affirme jamais une catégorie.

Tête enseignante Opus0,013
Tête enseignante GPT0,253
Écart entre enseignants0,240 · la distance entre les deux têtes enseignantes sur ce seul travail
Statut de validationscore_only:v0-immature-baseline · tel quel depuis la passe de notation : score_only signifie que le nombre peut ordonner les travaux, et qu'aucune étiquette de catégorie n'en découle
