اثر 8 هفته تمرین تای چی چوان و پیادهروی بر شاخصهای بیماریزای قلبی عروقی در زنان سالمند

چکیده زمینه و هدف: با توجه به مشکلات قلبی عروقی که برای افراد سالمند به دلیل عدم تحرک کافی ایجاد میشود هدف از انجام پژوهش حاضر انجام 8 هفته تمرین تای چی بر عوامل بیماری قلبی عروقی شامل کلسترول (C)، تری گلیسیرید (TG)، لیپوپروتئین پر چگال (HDL-C) و لیپوپروتئین کم چگال (LDL-C) در زنان سالمند بود. مواد و روشها: 30 آزمودنی ساکن در یک خانه سالمندان شهر تهران در دو گروه تای چی و پیادهروی بهصورت در دسترس انتخاب شدند. در هفته اول و هفته هشتم نمونههای خونی از آزمودنیها جهت سنجش متغیرها گرفته شد و در دو گروه مورد مقایسه قرار گرفتند. جهت تجزیهوتحلیل دادهها از آزمون اسمیرنوف کلوموگروف و همچنین تی وابسته و مستقل استفاده شد. نتایج: نتایج درونگروهی و بین گروهی نشان داد که هر دو روش تمرینی میتوانند اثرات مثبتی بر کاهش و یا کنترل نیمرخ چربی اعمال کنند که این تغییرات در گروه تای چی بهتر و معنادار بود. نتیجهگیری: تای چی موجب کاهش معنادار در LDL-C و همچنین موجب افزایش معنادار در HDL-C شد ولی در مقایسه با گروه پیادهروی موجب تغییرات غیر معنادار در میزان کلسترول و تری گلیسیرید شد. واژههای کلیدی: بیماریهای قلبی و عروقی؛ چربی خون بالا؛ تای چی References - Cheng T O (2007) Tai Chi: the Chinese ancient wisdom of an ideal exercise for cardiac patients.
