موقف المجلات التربویة العربیة من بعض القضایا الخاصة بدور کلیات التربیة فی مجال محو الأمیة وتعلیم الکبار فی الفترة من 1991-2010 م دراسة تحلیلیة

تعکس المجلات الوعي المجتمعي، والاجتماعي بالقضايا التربوية خلال عقدين من الزمن. فمجلة تعليم الجماهير، تولى أهمية خاصة للاتجاهات والقضايا المستجدة المؤثرة من حرکة تعليم الکبار بالمنطقة العربية، کما تفرد مساحة کبيرة لتغطية الاتجاهات والمستجدات الدولية المساهمة في تحديد وتقرير العمل في محو الأمية، وتعليم الکبار، و منها دور کليات التربية تجاه هذا المجال، فهي تعد رافداً جوهرياً لحرکة تعليم الکبار في المنطقة العربية حيث أنها تعکس من جانب کبير من مادتها بصفة عامة انجازات حرکة محو الأمية وتعليم الکبار في المنطقة العربية خلال الربع الأخير من القرن الماضي، والعقد الأول من العقد الحادي والعشرين، في الوقت الذي تمثل فيه بصفة خاصة انجازات و إسهامات الجهاز العربي لمحو الأمية وتعليم الکبار، وفي نشر المقالات والبحوث التربوية الخاصة بتعليم الکبار. وتعني مجلة اتحاد الجامعات العربية بقضايا التعليم العالي والجامعي في الوطن العربي ويدخل ضمن هذه القضايا قضية دور الجامعات بصفة عامة، وکليات التربية بصفة خاصة في مجال محو الأمية وتعليم الکبار. کما أن مجلة رسالة الخليج العربي، تعنى بالدراسات التربوية والثقافة العامة کما تقدم المعلومات الحديثة والتحليل العميق للمشکلات التربوية التي تواجهها نظم التعليم في عالمنا العربي، وتلقي الضوء على الاتجاهات السائدة للسياسات التعليمية المختلفة، وکيفية تنفيذها. کذلک تعنى مجلة رسالة التربية وعلم النفس بنشر الأبحاث التي تلقي الضوء على تأثير العولمة على التعليم، والتربية في العالم العربي، وتربط ذلک بعمليات التنمية التربوية، والتحولات الجارية في معظم أنحاء العالم. لذا فمضى أکثر من عشرين عاماً على صدور هذه المجلات واستمرار صدورها يجعل من المهم والملح تناول بعض القضايا التي تتناولها الأبحاث المنشورة بها، وإلقاء الضوء على نوعيتها هذا من ناحية، و من ناحية أخرى ، أن واقع البحث العلمي في مجال تعليم الکبار في المجتمع العربي ، مازال يعاني من مشکلات عديدة، ويحتاج إلى إسهام کثير من مؤسسات التربية النظامية، وغير النظامية، و الجامعات العربية مرشحة للقيام بدور فعال في تعليم الکبار. بالإضافة إلى أن هناک ضعف تقدير ووعي بأهمية مجال تعليم الکبار، وأثاره على المجتمع ، مما يؤدي إلى إهمال البحث فيه، وقلة برامج الدراسات العليا في مجال تعليم الکبار، وذلک وفقاً لآراء المستفيدين وأن هناک الکثير من المعوقات التي تواجه البحث العلمي التربوي، وتحول دون الاستفادة منه في تطوير التعليم والتدريب وأن البحث العلمي في مجال تعليم الکبار في حاجة ماسة إلى تطوير منهجيته بحيث تتناسب وخصوصيته وطبيعته، والظواهر التي يدرسها والأشخاص الذين يتعامل معهم. کما أنه في حاجة إلى تطوير وتنمية البحث الأمبريقي، والنظري "الکمي والکيفي"، کما أنه لا يستفيد بطريقة منظمة من دراسات وبحوث العلوم الاجتماعية المختلفة ، باستثناء ما يقدمه علم النفس في مجال التعلم ونظرياته کما أنه لم يعد نشاطاً إنسانيا لدراسة الحاضر والمستقبل على السواء. ومن ناحية أخرى يشغل التعليم الجامعي مکاناً مهماً بين المراحل التعليمية المختلفة ،باعتباره سبيلاً لمساعدة المجتمعات المختلفة خاصة النامية خاصة النامية منها ، للحاق برکب الحضارة عن طريق ما يسهم به في مجال التعليم و البحث العلمي و الاسهام الفعلي في خدمة المجتمع، وإعداد القوى العالمة بما يتمشى مع حاجات المجتمع و سوق العمل، ويضمن للتنمية في شتى جوانبها رکائز قوية ورصينة. لذا هدفت الدراسه الحاليه الى المعالجة التحليلية النقدية للأبحاث التي تناولت دور کليات التربية في مجال محو الأمية وتعليم الکبار ، والمنشورة في بعض المجلات التربوية العربية –تعليم الجماهير- اتحاد الجامعات العربية- رسالة الخليج العربي- رسالة التربية وعلم النفس في الفترة ما بين 1991-2010م The magazines reflect community and social awareness of educational issues within two decades. In addition, there is a lack of appreciation and awareness of the importance of the field of adult education, and its impact on society, leading to the neglect of research, and the lack of programs of graduate studies in the field of adult education, according to the views of beneficiaries And that there are many obstacles facing educational scientific research, and prevent the benefit of it in the development of education and training, and that scientific research in the field of adult education is in urgent need to develop its methodology to suit the specificity and nature, and the phenomena studied by the people who deal with them. It also needs to develop empirical, quantitative and qualitative research. It does not systematically benefit from the studies and research of the various social sciences, except in the field of psychology and its theories. It is no longer a human activity to study both the present and the future. On the other hand, university education occupies an important place among different educational stages, as a way to help different societies, especially developing ones, to catch up with civilization by contributing to the field of education and scientific research and contributing to the service of society.
