ANALISIS DESKRIPTIF BED TURN OVER BANGSAL ANAK DI RSU SARILA HUSADA SRAGEN PER TRIWULAN TAHUN 2013-2015

ABSTRACT Based on the preliminary survey in RSU Sarila Husada Sragen bed pediatric ward had about 34 TT, with the calculated BTO I-IV quarter of 2013 in the first quarter (30.2 times), the second quarter (26 times), the third quarter (22, 4 times), and the fourth quarter (21.3 times). With BTO calculation in terms of years is (99.9 times). It shows the frequency or between patients who so quickly that the use of the beds exceeding that is 40-50 times per year. The purpose of this study was to describe BTO Children In Hospital Ward Sarila Husada Sragen Per Quarter Year 2013-2015. This type of research is descriptive, with a time series approach. Variable of this research is the Bed Turn Over (BTO). The subject of research is analising reporting officer. While the object of research is the number Bed Turn Over (BTO). The research instrument is the observation and unstructured interviews guidelines. Data have been obtained will be reprocessed by collecting (collecting), editing (editing), classification (classification), counting, tabulation (tabulating), and describe or present data using descriptive analysis. Based on the research results mean calculation BTO Year 2013-2015 quarterly average value of BTO highest in 2014, namely 25.05 and the lowest in 2015, namely 17.17. The highest median calcula- tion results in 2014 are 25.25 and 16.75 lows in 2015. The result of the calculation of the highest range in 2015 is 13.9, and the lowest in 2014, namely 2.9. By the standards of the ideal is 10 to 12.5 times per quarter. While the trend value in 2013 decreased by 3.02 and in 2014 increased by 0.12 and in 2015 decreased by 3.43 so the trend line during the period 2013-2015 tended to decrease. Based on these results we can conclude that the achievement of BTO on the children’s ward is still too high. Thus the need for the relocation of the bed so that the achievements of BTO in the children’s ward is not too high, and the need for the manufacture of a trend calculation to see a graph of inclination at each period per quarter or per year so that the achievements of the value of BTO can be controlled properly. Dengan perhitungan BTO dalam satuan tahun adalah (99,9 kali). Hal ini menunjukkan frekuensi atau pergantian pasien yang sangat cepat sehingga pemakaian satu tempat tidur melebihi keten- tuan yaitu 40-50 kali pertahun. Tujuan Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran BTO Bangsal Anak Di RSU Sarila Husada Sragen Per Triwulan Tahun 2013-2015. Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif , dengan pendekatan time series . Variable penelitian ini adalah Bed Turn Over (BTO). Subjek pelitian adalah petugas analising reporting. Sedangkan objek penelitian adalah angka Bed Turn Over (BTO). Instrumen penelitian berupa pedoman observasi dan pedoman wawancara tidak terstruktur. Data yang telah didapat akan diolah kembali dengan cara pengumpulan ( collecting ), edit ( editing ), klasifikasi ( classification ), penghitungan, tabulasi ( tabulating ), dan memaparkan atau menyajikan data dengan menggunakan analisis deskriptif . Hasil penelitian Berdasarkan perhitungan mean BTO Tahun 2013-2015 per triwulan rata-rata nilai BTO tertinggi pada tahun 2014 yaitu 25,05 dan terendah tahun 2015 yaitu 17,17. Hasil perhitungan me- dian tertinggi pada tahun 2014 yaitu 25,25 dan terendah 16,75 pada tahun 2015. Hasil perhitungan range tertinggi pada tahun 2015 yaitu 13,9 dan terendah pada tahun 2014 yaitu 2,9. Dengan standar  idealnya adalah 10-12,5 kali per triwu- lan. Sedangkan nilai trend pada tahun 2013 mengalami penurunan sebesar 3,02 dan tahun 2014 mengalami kenaikan sebesar 0,12 sedangkan pada tahun 2015 mengalami penurunan sebesar 3,43 sehingga garis trend selama kurun waktu 2013-2015 cenderung menurun. Berdasarkan dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa capaian BTO pada bang- sal anak masih terlalu tinggi. Sehingga perlu adanya relokasi tempat tidur agar capaian BTO di bangsal anak tidak terlalu tinggi,dan perlu adanya pembuatan perhitungan trend untuk melihat grafik kecenderungan disetiap periode per triwulan maupun pertahun sehingga capaian nilai BTO dapat di kontrol dengan baik.
