They are considered important Li sources in the present economy (European Commission 2018). According to the stability diagram from London (1984), these aluminosilicates are stable at different PT conditions: petalite is the high temperature Li-aluminosilicate, whereas spodumene is more stable at higher pressures than petalite. Therefore, the occurrence of these minerals has been used many times as a PT indicator for the formation...
