The site is maintained by Ken Parker, the founder and coach of the Ottawa Athletic Club Racing Team. This free site aims to provide a portal into the world of running, track and field, triathlon, and adventure racing. The site proclaims, "Runner's Web is designed by runners/triathletes, for runners/triathletes." It contains a variety of running, swimming, and cycling tips and strategies for competitive triathletes, as well as links to other associations, race sites, race pace calculators, V˙O2max calculators, and BMI calculators.
