CCIIS2021 aims to provide a premier interdisciplinary platform for researchers, practitioners and educators to present and discuss the most recent innovations, trends, and concerns as well as practical challenges encountered and solutions adopted in the fields of Cloud Computer, IoT and Intelligence System. Sincerely thanks for your paper submissions and support to CCIIS2021 conference. We, CCIIS2021 organizing committee, pay high attention to epidemic prevention and control under the general environment of normalized epidemic situation. We are committed to protecting the safety of all authors and attendees. CCIIS2021 is held virtual via Tencent Meeting on April 11, 2021, in which all interested attendee can choose to make presentation in this virtual form. CCIIS2021 virtual meeting mainly contain Keynote Speech, Oral Presentations, Q & A Sections and Poster Presentations. Dr. Hamed Taherdoost from Hamta Academy Research and Development Manager at OBS Tech Limited, Canada gave wonderful speech on Blockchain & Cyber Security from 09:20-10:10, April 11, 2021, even though there is 9-hour time difference. Prof. Ankush Ghosh from The Neotia University, India record his speech video about Artificial Intelligence for Future Generation Robotics. And the attendees made 10-20 mins oral presentations and poster presentations. Here are 78 paper submissions related to Cloud Computer, IoT and Intelligence System for peer reviewed by the Technical Program Committee. They established strict reviewing requirements and acceptance criteria. All paper submissions after removing authors’ information were assigned to 2-3 reviewers with similar research interests, and selected papers will be detected the instances of overlapping and similar text via iThenticate software. Plagiarism in any form is not allowed. We accept 30 papers eventually for publication in the Journal of Physics: Conference Series. Here are 3 main parts in CCIIS2021 proceedings according to professional guidance of Publication Chairs and the main aspects of papers including Cloud Computer, IoT and Intelligence System. Sincerest appreciation to all the active authors with innovative research findings, Journal of Physics: Conference Series with effective publication for excellent paper submissions, all the members and reviewers in CCIIS2021 Technical Program Committee with careful reviewing and overwhelming response. We truly hope you can enjoy the conference and benefit a lot from experience sharing and exchanging onsite. Sincerely looking forward for the future cooperation with you.
