Résumé
In the structural-functional model of society, there are social and cultural subsystems. The organizing sphere is the cultural subsystem, with values at its core, which contributes to the normative regulation of society. The social structure is organized around norms, regulating the consumption and distribution of goods. Values shape a person's life stance, worldview, and sense of purpose, influencing decision-making. Human behavior is influenced by socio-cultural factors, and culture plays a crucial role in shaping political, economic, and social institutions in society. The patterns of behavior that have developed over the centuries are passed down from generation to generation. However, the technological and spiritual-moral development of society has an equally significant impact on the value system of society. As a result, the relevance of identifying the factors that influence the formation of the value systems of modern society is undeniable. According to our data, in today's society, there is a decrease in the importance of values such as spiritual beliefs, loyalty to one's country, family ties, and the desire to have children, giving way to a focus on self-fulfillment, acquisition, and hedonism. There is also a noticeable increase in the number of young people who live with their parents for an extended period without expressing a desire to start their own families. Family is seen as a source of stability and security (91%), but only slightly more than half (52.7%) or even a quarter (23.7%) of young people are willing to establish their own family units. The active development of social networks and the global network is affecting the way we live, simplifying many processes, but also creating new dangers. Social connections are changing, personal interactions are decreasing, and the online space is becoming vulnerable to the spread of misinformation and the manipulation of public opinion. This situation is largely due to the decline in the importance of religious values in society. Historically, the church has served as an important standard for morality and ethics, but the shift towards formal religiosity has led to an increase in interest in hedonistic values.
