Аналіз процесу цифрової трансформації в У країні: сучасні тенденції та перспективи розвитку

У статті розглянуто стан ринку інформаційних технологій на сучасному етапі та визначено топ інформаційних послуг, які користуються найбільшою популярністю. Проаналізовано ринок діджитал-технологій в Україні та визначено ключові показники його росту та проаналізовані сучасні технології, які застосовують підприємства у своїй діяльності. На основі дослідження інформаційних технологій в державному управлінні України проведено SWOT-аналіз і визначено основні перспективи державної політики цифрової трансформації в Україні. Глобальна технологічна революція визначає появу нових моделей ведення бізнесу та державного управління, у тому числі заснованих на цифрових платформах та інструментах. Яскравими характеристиками цифрової трансформації виступають: можливість швидкого масштабування, створення нової цінності продукту чи послуги за рахунок передових техноголій, оптимізація коштів, технологічні цикли виробництва послуг і взаємозв’язку з кінцевими споживачами та ін. Інновації XXI століття визначили появу нового економічного феномену — трансформації усталених соціальних відносин за допомогою еволюції технологій, що є в інформаційну епоху головним драйвером змін глобальної економіки, зокрема на рівні розвинутих держав, транснаціональних компаній чи маленьких стартапів.
\nЦифрова трансформація знаменує переосмислення того, як організація або держава використовує технології, людей і процеси для пошуку нових моделей розвитку. Цей процес є динамічним, адже на сучасному технологічному етапі розвитку глобальних економічних систем ще не існує єдиного стандартизованного плану або фреймворку, який би регламентував послідовний алгоритм впровадження цифрових змін, їх адаптацію до різних сфер соціально-економічних відносин. На даному етапі, ми маємо лише кілька вдалих прикладів і досвід піонерів цифрової трансформації, а саме серед країн: Естонії, Канади та Швеції, та серед компаній — Samsung, Grammarly і Tesla. Здебільшого, саме першопрохідники мають змогу бути на передовій і вирішувати проблеми, які в майбутньому допоможуть оптимізувати процес цифрової трансформації.
\nThe article examines the state of the information technology market at the present stage and identifies the top information services that are most popular. The market state of digital technologies in Ukraine and technologies used by enterprises in their activities were analyzed. Also, key indicators of growth were identified. Based on the study of information technologies in the public administration of Ukraine, a SWOT analysis was conducted and the main prospects of the state policy of digital transformation in Ukraine were determined. The global technological revolution is driving new models of business and governance, including those based on digital platforms and tools. Prominent characteristics of digital transformation are: the ability to quickly scale, create new value of a product or service through advanced technology, optimization of funds, technological cycles of production of services and relationships with end users, and others. 21st century innovation has marked the emergence of a new economic phenomenon — the transformation of established social relations through the evolution of technology, which in the information age is the main driver of change in the global economy, including developed countries, multinationals or small startups.
\nDigital transformation marks a rethinking of how an organization or state uses technology, people and processes to find new models of development. This process is dynamic, because at the current technological stage of development of global economic systems there is no yet single standardized plan or framework that would regulate a consistent algorithm for implementing digital changes, their adaptation to different areas of socio-economic relations. At this stage, we have only a few successful examples and experiences of the pioneers of digital transformation, namely among the countries: Estonia, Canada and Sweden, and among the companies — Samsung, Grammarly and Tesla. For the most part, it is pioneers who have the opportunity to be at the forefront and solve problems that will help optimize the process of digital transformation in the future.
