Shortly after gaining independence, Zanzibar and Tanganyika made a unification of United Republic of Tanzania in 1964 under presdent Nyerere and Karume.Plans, projects and strategies were introduced to promote economic development in the country.Diplomacy is considered one of the main strategies used by the Tanzanian government to promote economic growth.Before 2001, Tanzania did not have external correspondence, but by focusing on its social and other foreign relations,incidents were obtained from newspapers and guides.2/1964, Arusha Declaration 1967 and Tanzania 1967.Tanzania.Foreign policy.All documents aim to promote good relations, human dignity and equality with other countries, the sovereignty of all democratic countries, the mutual unity of African countries, and support other African countries in their struggle for independence.From a social, centrally planned economy political and economic reforms including the transition to a market-based economy, the introduction of integration in 1992, the independence of African countries (the latter of authoritarianism), the collapse of the Soviet Union and its aftermath.Globalization Rise is keen to support the development of the country, giving more importance to the other problems of African countries advocating for the liberation of African countries from decolonization during the 1990s, which affected Tanzania in the early 1990s, characterized by developments in both domestic and international ICT.So, the government of Tanzania adopted a new economic development foreign policy in 2001 by implementing a sustainable economic policy to ensure the development and protection of the country."This study describes and analyzes the development of Tanzania's foreign policy, key officials and business people, and how Tanzania's Culture diplomacy deals directly with economic development apart from rapid development.The development of the country's tourism, and other industries has contributed to economic success.iv
