Intercultural communication in the conditions of the war of the Russian Federation against Ukraine acquires a new meaning. European integration processes in the scientific, historical and cultural sphere have become not just desirable, but vitally necessary for Ukrainian education. In the conditions of destruction of cultural heritage by the aggressor, distortion of history, actual destruction of Ukrainian cities, threat to the lives of millions of Ukrainian citizens - the preservation of national mentality and identity appears to be the only possible factor for the existence of Ukrainians as a nation. Fundraising activities of Ukrainian, European, American, and Canadian government and public organizations provide extensive support to the Ukrainian scientific, educational, cultural, and historical industries. Examples of the functioning of the scientific sphere in countries / organizations-leaders of the scientific sphere - the EU, on the example of Germany, the USA and two giant countries - the People's Republic of China and India make an increasingly large contribution to science. International scientific projects are the focus of attention of many scientists. B.Yu. Kornilovych, L.M. Spasionova, O.Ya. Veselska are studying technical cooperation. L.S. Ryneyska investigates the economic sphere; international scientific and innovative activities are developed by T.V. Pisarenko, T.K. Kuranda, T.K. Kvasha, M. Repko, Yu. Kasperovych and others. The practice of providing grants to Ukrainian scientists in the field of education, art, history and culture is quite insignificant. After all, European and American institutions try to financially support mainly specialists in applied sciences. Therefore, we consider it a necessary task to highlight and analyze the activities of governmental and non-governmental Polish organizations that aim to provide financial assistance in the humanitarian sphere. The article highlights the activities of the Krzysztof Skubiszewski Foundation, Poland (Fundacja imienia Krzysztofa Skubiszewskiego, Polska); International program “House of Europe. Stand with Ukraine. Support from the EU for Ukrainians: spheres of culture and education”; ARTISTS AT RISK, an international organization for artists at risk; IP Studio, Polska, Wrocław – galleries, performance studios. A theoretical and practical analysis of the “Support Program for Scientists from Ukraine” organized by the Polish Academy of Sciences (Polska Akademia Nauk, PAN) and the US National Academy of Sciences (NAS) was conducted. Solidarity with Ukraine is not only the European Union, but also other countries on distant continents, which seek to rebuild and strengthen the Ukrainian economy in the future. The main goal of the support programs is to give scientists from Ukrainian universities the opportunity to continue their research at universities in other countries of the world for different periods. We expect that as many Ukrainian scientists with the academic title of doctor and candidate of sciences, and who work or have worked in universities of Ukraine on the development of research projects, will be involved in various programs. Today, the progressive development of international cooperation is one of the current trends in modern world educational, cultural and historical activity, as it ensures the formation of innovative processes. Highlighting the modern features of world exchange and the place of all developed countries in the international market of intellectual property objects requires a comprehensive study and generalization of international experience, which will ensure the process of integration of Ukrainians into the international educational, scientific and cultural-historical space.
