Reporting: On a monthly basis, UKERNA shall report: • start and finish, date and time of each incident of service unavailability; • number of messages accepted for distribution and the number sent out; • number of accepted messages not handled within the turnaround time; • number of lists, number of lists with archives, number of files associated with lists; • number of lists created and number of lists deleted; • number of contaminated messages intercepted; • number of viruses that reached JISCmail; • number of software updates not implemented within 1 working day; • number of enquiries received; • number of enquires where PI e) was not met; • number of new list requests, the number rejected and the number not created within 3 working days; • number of surveys activated; • number of virtual discussions conducted;• number of potential spam messages detected.
