🎓 Thesis Scope & MethodologyThis thesis reports the design, synthesis, and characterization of 2,3-derivatives of 4,5,6,7-tetrahydrobenzothiophene as RORγt modulators and investigates their pharmacological and immunomodulatory effects on Th17 cells, which are known to promote and intensify antibody-mediated and mixed antibody–cellular rejection in organ transplantation.
