Eddie Phillips is a construction manager with Facilities Management. He was previously a senior construction administrator with Clark Nexsen. He holds a B.S. in engineering technology with a concentration in construction management from ETSU. Shelia Rustin is a dental site coordinator with the College of Nursing Office of Practice. Katrina White is a medicolegal death investigator with the William L. Jenkins Forensic Center. She was previously a deputy coroner with the Richland County (South Carolina) Coroner’s Office.
