Résumé
This study represents a totally different work within the context of business because it is primarily about art, about Jazz, a musical manifestation which has had an impact for more than 100 years in the world, though not in our country. Given the current situation, it is necessary to establish new strategies to achieve a culture of jazz, including the serious possibility of business. As a part of this scheme, The Creation of a Centro Expositor Integral de Jazz (Integral Jazz Expo Center) seeks profitability, but beyond this primary objective inherent in the creation of any company, what is important is the achievement of an impact of art in culture and, therefore, on society. In history analysis and concrete facts of countries that have sought this form and genre, significant benefits can be observed, benefits that mean the creation of jobs, educational and cultural policies, improvement in the standard of leaving of society and the creation of value chains which when different sectors, both public and private, are included, work towards the common good where, in the end everyone comes out ahead. The methodology used in this research is supported by a qualitative approach, documentary analysis of the countries that have supported Jazz for years been supporting the Jazz, such as Canada, Norway, the United States, Spain and even Ecuador, all of which show paths that can be considered in our country. This analysis includes information from approximately the last twenty years of the history of jazz in the countries mentioned also in Mexico. Special mention, regarding an example to be followed, is Canada with is Montreal Jazz Festival, which has integrated all sectors of society in order to obtain benefits for all the areas and sectors of which it is made up. Without doubt, this information justifies the Creation of a Centro Expositor Integral de Jazz which, once developed in the State of Queretaro, can be followed as a cultural strategy in any part of Mexico.
