Abstract
Desde que en la provincia de Ontario, en el sur de Canada, se retribuye la energia solar inyectada a la red segun un principio parecido al de la ley alemana de energias renovables, el mercado fotovoltaico de dicha provincia se ha multiplicado en tamano. El gobierno provincial es el primero de Norteamerica que ha puesto en practica dicho modelo de una manera seria. Sin embargo, los canadienses exigen por ley una cuota minima de la generacion en valor anadido local, una restriccionmuy discutida. Otro punto critico es el baremo bastante generoso de las tarifas.
