Abstract
利用小麦矮秆基因Rht-Blb、Rht-Dlb的4对特异分子标记,NH-BF和MR1、NH-BF和WR1.2、DF和MR2、DF和WR2,对山东小麦品种中矮秆基因Rht-Blb及Rht-Dlb的分布情况进行了分子标记鉴定,结果表明在鉴定的150个品种中有20.67%含有Rht-Blb基因,有54.00%含有Rht-Dlb基因,二者合计为74.67%;同时含有Rht-Blb和Rht-Dlb 2个矮秆基因的仅占3.33%.表明山东小麦矮化育种中Rht-Dlb基因的利用远高于Rht-Blb.
