Abstract
魁尔夫大学(University of Guelph)是加拿大一所著名的综合性大学,也是世界上较有影响的大学之一.该校已有125年的办学历史,在教学规划和教学管理方面积累了丰富的经验.在该校动物科学专业的课程设置中,除了开设有乳牛学”之外,还开设了肉牛学”.时值我国农业院校纷纷进行教学改革之际,针对魁尔夫大学肉牛学”的教学内容进行分析研究,无疑对于我们的动物生产学各课程的大纲设计具有参考价值和借鉴意义.
