Abstract
Canada ha sido un modelo para otros paises por su alto grado de descentralizacion fiscal. En este trabajo se analizan las caracteristicas demograficas y productivas de ese pais para conocer las circunstancias en las cuales funciona su estructura fiscal. Tambien se estudia la distribucion de los impuestos entre el gobierno federal y las provincias, asi como los mecanismos para que todas las entidades reciban servicios de calidad similar y estandarizada
