Abstract
研究槲皮素被过氧化氢氧化后的产物在硼砂溶液中的荧光性质,确定最佳条件。在激发波长和发射波长分别为305nm和355nm时,发射荧光强度和槲皮素的浓度在0mol/L-3.2×10^-5mol/L的范围内成线性关系,线性方程为F=2.5+1.64196C(10^-6mol/L),相关系数r=0.99970将此方法应用在菜芙蓉样品中的槲皮素含量的测定,精确度可达到1.435%,回收率为97.1%~103.7%。
