INTRODUCCIÓNEn la reciente carta de Derechos de las Personas ante la Justicia en el Ámbito Iberoamericano se afirma que la eficacia de la justicia esta vinculada a la accesibilidad, a la información y a la transparencia, y se declara que todas las personas tienen derecho a recibir información transparente sobre el estado, la actividad y los asuntos tramitados y pendientes de todos los órganos jurisdiccionales, si así lo solicitan.1 No existe duda que un sistema de administración de justicia transparente es esencial en un contexto democrático.
