Abstract
本研究利用分别与抗番茄黄化曲叶病毒病(tomato yellow leaf curl virus disease,TYLCVD)基因Ty-2、Ty-3紧密连锁的共显性分子标记T0302、P6-25,与抗番茄枯萎病(Fusarium vascular wilt)基因I-2紧密连锁的显性标记Z1063,建立了能同时鉴定番茄Ty-2、Ty-3和I-2基因的多重PCR技术。利用该技术对24份番茄材料进行基因型鉴定,其结果与田间接种鉴定结果吻合率达91.7%。该体系简易快捷、无需酶切,只需一次PCR即可完成鉴定工作,不失为番茄多基因聚合育种、抗性资源鉴定的有效工具。
