Abstract
It's not possible now to research a system of management by the hotel services market without detecting of structural classification of managing forms over the hotel services market, and also the international tendencies of the market development. Key parameters of creation of an effective control system and qualitative development of the hotel services market in Canada and China the countries-organizers of Olympic Games are considered. The estimation of influence of the Olympic movement on an economic environment of a city-organizer as the factor of the hotel services market development is given.
