Abstract
The article was prepared as part of the project entitled 25 years of research on the Polish language in independent Poland. In its first part the author describes the most crucial changes that took place in Polish lexicography after 1989. The second part of this article is a summary overview of the most important monolingual dictionaries published during the last quarter of the century.
