Abstract
Le canon 1295 stipule que la discipline des canons 1291-1294 (sur l'alienation) doit etre applique aux contrats qui peuvent mettre en peril le patrimoine stable de personnes juridiques publiques, meme si ces contrats ne sont pas des contrats d'alienation. Cet article etudie le developpement du canon 1295, fait une reflexion sur sa discipline et considere son application pratique. L'etude demontre que le canon 1295 exige l'autorisation de l'autorite ecclesiastique competente lorsqu'une personne juridique publique conclut un contrat qui menace leur patrimoine stable et dont la valeur depasse la somme legitimement etablie pour les actes d'alienation.
