Abstract
Avec l'arrivée des nouvelles technologies (NT), nous pouvons constater un changement radical et profond des structures de l'État et du droit. La capacité des NT de traiter une quantité énorme de données à une vitesse prodigieuse et le développement de l'intelligence artificielle ont comme conséquence que l'administration et la justice peuvent maintenant être automatisées. On peut même concevoir un système préventif d'hygiène sociale, d'ailleurs déjà partiellement en place en R.F.A. Une telle révolution est plus près du Brave New World que de 1984. Cependant, des structures autogestionnaires peuvent en principe être instaurées, avec l'aide des NT. Il faudrait, pour cela, développer une autre technologie, une NT démocratique.
