Son mergence la rationalit procure l'homme la facult d'introduire dans le monde, des rapports de symtrie, de rciprocit, de dialectique aux consquences d'emble paradoxales. A partir du moment o l'on pose l'hypothse d'un point de dpart dans l'homme, il apparat sinon naturel , du moins prvisible de postuler, dans le mme lan, l'hypothse d'un point d'arrive. Or, l-dessus, la rupture avec les physiciens est totale. Autant l'unanimit s'est faite sur la ralit et la qualit d'une origine. L'homme vient de l'animalit, c'est--dire de la biologie. Autant le doute subsiste quant la perspective d'une possible finalit au point de faire l'unanimit contre elle. Nulle place, autrement dit, dans l'humain, pour aucune forme d'eschatologie. 2
