La réflexion sur la poétique romanesque en francophonie "périphérique", dans la présente contribution, pose le problème assez subtil de l’Insécurité Linguistique (IL), mais aussi celui du renouveau esthétique et de l’affirmation culturelle dans l’imaginaire romanesque contemporain. En effet, l’analyse des discours romanesques en situation d’Insécurité Linguistique, dans une perspective fonctionnelle (stylistique et identitaire), a permis de mettre en évidence des pratiques langagières, discursives et littéraires originales chez les minorités francophones de l’Acadie (au Québec) et du Sénégal (Afrique). Sous ce rapport, l’approche comparative, mise en œuvre, s’est avérée déterminante dans l’élucidation des stratégies discursives ainsi que les marques identitaires des communautés francophonesdans les textes de l’Acadienne Antonine Maillet et du Sénégalais Cheik Aliou Ndao.
