Nous sommes probablement a une etape critique de l'histoire de l'Etat social au Quebec comme dans la plupart des Etats des pays du Nord d'ailleurs. La question qui est posee dans ce billet : serions-nous entres dans une societe de groupes d'interets au detriment d'un « vivre ensemble » ou la mobilisation de la societe civile et des mouvements sociaux compte significativement ?
