Abstract
Este artigo tem como objetivo entender os aspectos motivadores aos quais influenciam as organizacoes a investirem em acoes responsaveis perante o meio ambiente e a sociedade, para tanto, foi realizada uma pesquisa, com base em levantamento bibliografico sobre o posicionamento do cliente e das empresas, apos a insercao de sistemas que auxiliam nos impactos. Para fundamentar este trabalho, foi elaborada uma entrevista aplicada em uma organizacao, de modo, a estabelecer fatos concretos e entender o cenario da conscientizacao ambiental. Concluiu-se, atraves das informacoes coletadas e discutidas, que as organizacoes estao em busca de melhorias continuas embora se faca necessario a ampliacao desta consciencia para que dissemine as demais, sobretudo, conciliando produtividade e preservacao, favorecendo melhores condicoes aos colaboradores, clientes ao meio ambiente e as geracoes seguintes. Abstract This article has the objective of understanding the motivational aspects that influence organizations to invest in responsible actions towards the environment and society. For that, it has been carried out a research, based on bibliographical survey, on the positioning of the customer and the companies, after the insertion of systems that assist in the impacts. To ground this work, an interview applied in an organization was elaborated, in order to establish concrete facts and to understand the scene of the ambient awareness. Through the collected and discussed informations here, it is concluded that the organizations are in search of ongoing improvements, nevertheless it is necessary the enlargement of this awareness, so that it diffuse those ones, conciliating productivity and preservation, thus favoring better conditions for the collaborators and clients, the environment and the next generations.
