Les auteurs présentent une innovation pédagogique : un système intégré de conseil et de support en matière documentaire dans un département de sciences économiques et administratives assurant la formation aux deux premiers cycles. Cette formule comprend notamment un portail public, véritable service à la collectivité, permettant d’accéder aux instruments de repérage de l’information disponible, ainsi qu’à des modules multimédias de formation aux techniques d’accès aux ressources documentaires. Ce service, d’abord décentralisé à l’échelon départemental, est de ce fait devenu accessible partout où un professeur, un gestionnaire ou un étudiant travaille à l’analyse d’une situation concrète dans un contexte de globalisation.
