Abstract
Los estudios de publico sirven para obtener informacion actualizada acerca de los visitantes del museo para mejorar los servicios que presta, responder mejor a sus necesidades y expectativas, captar nuevos tipos de visitantes y mostrar en que medida la institucion sirve a su comunidad, y tienden, desde la decada pasada en Estados Unidos, Canada, Mejico y paises de Europa Occidental a tener una creciente importancia.
