En una ocasion, y en conversacion casual, la otra persona de repente paro de hablar, y con cierta sorpresa me dijo: ?”Usted realmente me escucha? La conversacion espiritual es un instrumento al servicio de la fe y de la promocion de la justicia, porque trata a las personas, al mismo tiempo, espiritualmente y con sentido de justicia, de una manera que implica ambos aspectos. Este breve ensayo estudia la conversacion espiritual, practica basica de la mision ignaciana, como elemento constitutivo del discernimiento comunitario y como instrumento de la justicia social, y explica porque la Provincia Inglesa de Canada ha decidido hacer la conversacion espiritual uno de los elementos destacados de su Centro Social, el Foro Jesuita para la Fe y Justicia Social (1)
