Abstract
In article problems of improvement of quality of preparation and retrain ing of pedagogical shots in world educational space are considered. Approaches to concept «quality of education» in philosophy and education are considered. Features of a form of improvement of quality of pedagogical education in preparation and retrainings of peda gogical shots in Canada and China are opened.
