La inmadurez es la gran plaga de nuestros dias. Peter Pan es el simbolo de un fenomeno que no ha dejado de en los ultimos cien anos: la obstinada voluntad de seguir siendo ninos. Por eso el mito, el libro del nino que no quiso crecer es mas actual que nunca. Pero la obra de Barrie nos dice, ademas, algo inquietante: hemos perdido a los padres como punto de referencia seguros, hemos sido abandonados a nosotros mismos, el mundo de los adultos es un caos y es preferible no crecer.
