Abstract
La presente investigación aborda la comunicación en el sector de salud con un enfoque de prevención y promoción de salud, utilizados en el Perú como parte de las políticas nacionales, las cuales responden a las necesidades de educación, información y motivación, sentidas por una audiencia específica, la que es percibida en materiales impresos informativos mediante procesos comunicativos, los cuales intervienen en la adopción de nuevos comportamientos y actitudes en la población. La investigación corresponde a una metodología mixta, tomando como unidad de análisis a los afiches expuestos en campañas preventivas de infecciones respiratorias agudas (IRAS) y Neumonía del Seguro Social de Salud (ESSALUD) y el Ministerio de Salud (MINSA) en Puno y Juliaca Perú. La cual permitió posicionar a los afiches en un nivel Medio de Efectividad, evidenciando ambas instituciones de salud (Publica-Privada) en el manejo de filtros de comunicación: Sensoriales, Operativos y Culturales en la elaboración de afiches. Estos intervienen en el proceso de recepción del mensaje, así como en la formación de actitudes.
