La Bibliothèque de la santé de l’Université de Montréal dessert les facultés de médecine, de médecine dentaire et de pharmacie ainsi que les membres du Département de biochimie. Parmi les services offerts par la Bibliothèque, celui de la formation documentaire a pris une importance grandissante au cours des dernières années. À l’automne 1998, les efforts combinés de la Bibliothèque et de la Faculté de médecine nous ont permis d’offrir « InfoRepère », un tout nouveau programme de formation destiné aux étudiants de première année de médecine. Cet article décrit les étapes préliminaires à l’implantation d’InfoRepère et donne une description détaillée de ce programme.
