Abstract
This panel will focus on cross-border sales of pharmaceuticals, and we had a session with the press last night, and this is probably an issue between the U.S. and Canada that gets probably as much press as any other issue, and we are very fortunate to have two excellent speakers to lead us through the issue: Professor Sara Rosenbaum, George Washington University School of Public Health and Health Services. Jennifer Orange, who practices civil litigation for Torys, LLP in Toronto.
