Abstract
目的探讨Wagner SL柄用于髋关节置换术后Vancouver B3型股骨假体周围骨折的手术治疗效果。方法采用Wagner SL柄治疗11例髋关节术后Vancouver B3型股骨假体周围骨折患者,对患者术后骨折愈合情况、髋关节功能、骨折部位疼痛情况和肢体长度进行评价。结果手术时间为2.5~4.3 h,平均3.6 h;术中出血400~2 600m L,平均1 250 m L;患者伤口均Ⅰ期愈合,双下肢术后长短在0.5~1.7 cm,平均1.1 cm。住院时间17~31 d,平均23d10负重行走时骨折部位疼痛情况VAS评分平均0.69分;Harris评分术前平均38.9分,术后6个月平均79.8分。结论Wagner SL柄治疗髋关节置换术后Vancouver B3型股骨假体周围骨折效果较好。
