The article deals with comprehensive economic strengthening of rural areas as a promising focus of the development of the regional economy in the developed countries of the West. It shows that the successful management of rural areas is only possible under the individual study the specificities of each territory in the context of periodic reproduction of their biophysical nature and principles of preservation of ecological balance.
