Este artigo examina a estrutura prática do gerenciamento do conhecimento e ressalta os assuntos importantes relacionados a essa disciplina em dois níveis diferentes: estratégico e tático. O nível tático divide-se ainda nos subníveis: Organizacional, Gerência do Conhecimento deve ser flexível, snsível a diferentes pontos de vista e pensar na gerência do conhecimento com uma jornada a ser explorada, ao invés de, um destino pré-determinado.
